Grateful for #2: Good Customer Service

I had three tasks I needed to get done today. Cancel Charter (as we won't be at the house to use it). Cancel Netflix (same reason). Pay progressive for a policy change that increased our 6 month rate. All three tasks were completed with minimum fuss thanks to good customer support.

Thank you Charter customer service guy for making it easy to cancel the service for a few months and not pushing crazy pressure when I said no to the seasonal rate.  If  you had made this hard we probably would not have went with you when we sell our house and move to the new one. Because your customer service was awesome, we will undoubtedly be signing back up with you.

Thank you Netflix for supplying a 'cancel streaming plan' button right on your site, so awesome and easy. We'll see you in a few months. UNFORTUNATELY, IT TURNS OUT NETFLIX DOESN'T REALLY HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. CLICK HERE TO SEE WHAT I MEAN. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I URGE OTHERS TO SAVE YOURSELVES THE HEADACHE AND USE ONE OF THE THE MANY OTHER STREAMING COMPANIES THAT DO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Thank you Progressive customer support lady for being upbeat and helpful while your site wasn't working. You turned what could have been a serious headache into a two minute fix.
